The Harmon project included the removal of a very large tree and root system and major excavation of a slope to allow for the neccessary real estate and proper tie in elevations with the existing road and sidewalk structures.
The project was completed for Mr. Harmon transitioning his home from a by-product of the street providing him vehicle break ins, thefts and numerous parking tickets to its very own structure to include it's very own "Harmon Driveway". Needless to say the Harmons are no longer experiencing the break ins with their vehicles parked right beside their front door within view and the District of Columbia can no longer count on them for the $200 a month income they had become accustomed to.
